Q: What areas do you service?

We perform house cleaning in the following areas:

• Boston proper
• South End
• Charlestown (any areas where there is parking available)
• Lynnfield
• Lynn
• Saugus
• Stoneham
• ...and surrounding towns

Q: Who will be in my home?

All cleanings are preformed by the owner of Cleanings by Erika, Erika Pettiford. Sometimes when I have many cleanings to do, I do employ additional help.

Q: Do you furnish the cleaning supplies and equipment?

Yes. All cleaning supplies and equipment are supplied by Cleanings by Erika. Please let me know if you would rather use your own supplies due to allergies and other related concerns.

Q: What if something is damaged when my home is being cleaned?

Please be advised that accidents do happen. I treat all homes as if they were my own. However, Cleanings by Erika is not liable for any damages that occur during cleaning. All items that are of value or irreplaceable will not be touched. Please let me know of these such items in advanced.

Q: Do I need to be home?

No, you do not need to be home. Most clients provide a key for access into their home. All keys are kept in a lock box.

Some clients leave a key in a hidden location on the day of their cleaning. This could be in the mailbox, under a mat or wherever you feel comfortable.

Q: What if I am not satisfied with my cleaning?

We at Cleanings by Erika take pride in our work. If you are not happy with your cleaning, call within 24 hours and I will come back to your home and clean the areas you were not happy with at no cost.
