Our Home Cleaning Services

Cleaning is based on a flat rate and run between two and four hours, depending on your needs. Whether it be a weekly or bi-weekly home cleaning service, Cleanings by Erika will work with clients to customize a home plan that suits their individual needs. *Please note that the price of the first cleaning service may be higher depending on the level of cleanliness in a home.

Home Cleaning Service consist of the following:

Kitchen:

• All appliances wiped down
• Stove top and hood cleaned
• Countertops and backsplash scoured
• Outside of cabinets cleaned
• Window frames wiped clean

Bathroom:

• Clean sink/vanity, soap dish
• Clean tub, shower door, and wall
• Clean toilet
• Clean mirrors

Bedrooms:

• Make beds if unmade & change linen if requested

All rooms:

• Dust all furnishings, baseboards and windowsills
• Wipe down ceiling fans
• Wipe all light fixtures and switches
• Sweep/damp mop floors and vacuum carpets
• Look up for any cobwebs
• Empty all wastebaskets

Cleanings by Erika does not:

• Move heavy furniture
• Dust valuable items
• Operate washing machines or dryers
• Feed pets or clean up pet accidents
• Provide services other than housecleaning
